Refund & Cancellation Policy — Cleoda Labs
Subscriptions
- Auto-renewal: monthly/yearly, until cancellation.
- Cancellation: from Account → Subscription or through the Customer Portal (link in confirmation email). Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
For digital content delivered immediately, you will be asked to agree to start the service and waive the 14-day right of withdrawal. If you do not wish this, do not complete the payment or contact us before activation.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for periods already consumed, except for billing errors or legal obligations. Problems? Write to contact@cleodalabs.com within 14 days and include the payment ID.
