Terms of Service — Calorel

Calorel ("the App") and the website calorel.ro are offered by Cleoda Labs (Mihai Crisan). By using the App you agree to these terms. The full terms, in Romanian, are at https://calorel.ro/termeni; this page summarises them.
1. What the App Does
Calorel estimates the calories and macronutrients of a meal from a photo, a barcode or a product label, and gives the plate a grade from 1 to 10. You can correct every estimate before saving it to your journal.
2. Estimates, Not Medical Advice
All values are estimates and do not replace the advice of a doctor or dietitian. The daily goal is a general calculation for healthy adults. Do not rely on the App if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or follow a diet prescribed by a professional.
3. Subscription
- The first analysed plate is free. After that, AI analysis requires a subscription.
- Plans: monthly and annual. The price, in lei and including VAT, is shown on the payment screen before you confirm.
- A 7-day free trial starts when you confirm the subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you are charged for the chosen period. The trial can be used once.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
4. Fair Use
The App is for personal use. Do not try to access the server from other programs, overload it or use it to build a competing dataset. We may limit or suspend access that abuses the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on calorel.ro, with the date of the last update.
