Cuvântul Zilei ("the App") is developed by Cleoda Labs (operated by RwoodCreative Ltd). The App shows you a Romanian word each day, with its meaning and examples, and can send an optional daily reminder. The App does not collect any personal data. This policy explains what stays on your device, what the App does not do, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

None. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The App has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. It works fully offline.

1.1 Word Content

The entire word collection is bundled inside the App. The App does not download content and does not need a network connection to work.

1.2 Your Activity in the App

Your reading history, favorites, and any preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party.

1.3 Notifications and Reminders

The daily reminder is scheduled locally by your device's operating system. We do not operate a push-notification server and receive no information when a reminder is triggered. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

1.4 In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

1.5 Advertising

The App contains no advertising and no advertising SDKs. Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not accessed.

2. How We Use Data

Because no data reaches us, there is nothing for us to use. Data stored locally serves only to display your progress and favorites and to schedule your daily reminder on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third party involved is Apple, which processes in-app purchases and app distribution.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is safe for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Disable reminder notifications at any time through your device settings
• Clear your history and favorites from within the App
• Delete the App to remove all locally stored data

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or erase on your behalf under the GDPR. You may still contact us with any question.

6. Data Retention

We do not store any data on our servers. All App data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
