Terms of Service — Cuvântul Zilei

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cuvântul Zilei application ("the App"), developed by Cleoda Labs (operated by RwoodCreative Ltd).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cuvântul Zilei presents a Romanian word each day, together with its meaning and usage examples, and can send you an optional daily reminder. The App is available for iOS devices. All content is bundled with the App and works offline — no account is required.

3. Editorial Content

Definitions, examples, and etymological notes are provided for general educational and informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the App is not a substitute for an authoritative dictionary (such as DEX) and we make no guarantee that every entry is complete or free of error.

4. In-App Purchases

The "Uitate" collection is free and complete. A single one-time purchase unlocks the "Alese" collection. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The purchase is processed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard refund process
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region

5. Notifications

The daily reminder is scheduled locally by your device and is entirely optional. You can enable or disable it at any time from your device settings. We do not guarantee the exact delivery time of a notification, as this is controlled by your device's operating system.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, design, text, and code, is the property of Cleoda Labs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may share individual words for personal, non-commercial purposes; bulk extraction or redistribution of the word database is not permitted.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleoda Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
