Cuvinte utile ("the App") is developed by Cleoda Labs. The App explains the terms you hear at the bank, the mechanic, the doctor or the notary: what they mean, why they matter and in which situation you meet them. The App does not collect any personal data. This policy explains what stays on your device, what the App does not do, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

None. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The App has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. It works fully offline.

1.1 Content

All terms and their explanations are bundled inside the App. The App does not download content and does not need a network connection to work.

1.2 Your Activity in the App

The situations you select, the words you save and any preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party.

1.3 In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase processed through Apple's App Store. The transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information.

1.4 Advertising

The App contains no advertising and no advertising SDKs. Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not accessed.

2. How We Use Data

Because no data reaches us, there is nothing for us to use. Data stored locally serves only to display your selected situations and saved words on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third party involved is Apple, through the App Store, which handles app distribution and the in-app purchase.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is safe for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Change your selected situations and clear your saved words at any time from within the App
• Delete the App to remove all locally stored data

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or erase on your behalf under the GDPR. You may still contact us with any question.

6. Data Retention

We do not store any data on our servers. All App data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
