Daily Five ("the App") is developed by Cleoda Labs (operated by RwoodCreative Ltd). Daily Five is a habit tracker that lets you set up to five daily habits and receive reminders. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Habit Data

The habits you create, their schedules, and your completion history are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.

1.2 Notifications and Reminders

Reminders are scheduled locally by your device's operating system. We do not operate a push-notification server and do not receive any information when a reminder is triggered. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

1.3 Advertising Data

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process certain data, including:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS)
• IP address
• General location (country/region level)
• Device type, operating system version
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Ads are removed if you purchase the Premium upgrade.

1.4 In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time Premium purchase processed through Apple's App Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

1.5 Accounts and Analytics

The App does not require an account and does not include analytics or tracking SDKs.

2. How We Use Data

• To display your habits and track completion locally on your device
• To schedule local reminder notifications through your device's operating system
• To display relevant advertisements through AdMob (free version)
• To process the Premium purchase through Apple

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements (free version)
• Apple App Store — for processing in-app purchases

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings
• Reset your advertising identifier
• Disable reminder notifications at any time through your device settings
• Delete individual habits or all habit data from within the App
• Delete the App to remove all locally stored data

6. Data Retention

We do not store any personal data on our servers. All habit data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. AdMob data retention is governed by Google's data retention policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
