Terms of Service — Daily Five

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Five application ("the App"), developed by Cleoda Labs (operated by RwoodCreative Ltd).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Daily Five is a habit tracking application that allows you to set up to five daily habits, receive reminders, and track your completion streaks. The App is available for iOS devices and includes advertisements and an optional one-time premium purchase.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time Premium purchase that unlocks additional features including tracking up to 15 habits, two reminders per habit, and ad removal. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard refund process
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region

4. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements will be shown unless you purchase the Premium upgrade.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, design, illustrations, text, and code, is the property of Cleoda Labs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleoda Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
