Holiday Countdown & Days Off ("the App") is published by Cleoda Labs, operated by RwoodCreative Ltd.

1. We collect nothing

The App collects no data about you. It makes no network requests at all — there is no analytics SDK, no advertising, no third-party service of any kind, and no server of ours for it to talk to. There is no account: the App never asks for your email address or for anything else about you.

This is not a promise you have to take on trust. An app that sends nothing cannot leak anything, and everything below simply describes where your own content sits on your phone.

2. What stays on your phone

The App stores the following on your device, and nowhere else:

• The events you add and their dates
• Your preparation and packing lists
• Your settings and preferences
• Your background photo, saved as a file

These are kept in a private storage area shared only between the App and its own widget, so the widget can show your countdown on the home screen. Nothing in it is readable by other apps, and nothing in it is sent anywhere.

Reminders are local notifications. They are scheduled by your phone and nothing arrives from a server — we do not operate one, and we learn nothing when a reminder appears.

3. Your photo

The App asks for one permission, and only at the moment you tap to choose a photo. It then copies the single image you picked into its own storage on your phone. That copy never leaves the device. You can replace or remove the photo from inside the App at any time, and you can withdraw access to your photo library at any time in your phone's settings.

4. Purchases

The App offers a purchase, and Apple processes it. We never see your payment details. Apple gives us sales reports that are aggregated and do not identify who bought the App. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children. It collects nothing from anyone, at any age.

6. Your data rights

There is nothing for us to give you access to, correct, export, or erase, because we hold nothing about you. Everything the App saves lives on your phone: delete an item inside the App to remove it, or delete the App to remove all of it at once. You are welcome to write to us with any question about this.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the date at the top is updated. The date above always tells you which version you are reading.
