Mișcă ("the App") is developed by Cleoda Labs. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.

What the App Does

Mișcă uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls) to let you block selected apps on your device and unlock them through physical exercise. The App operates entirely on your device.

Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. Specifically:

• No analytics or tracking. The App does not use any analytics frameworks, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies.
• No account required. You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information.
• No server communication. All data stays on your device. The App does not communicate with any external server other than Apple's App Store for subscription management.

Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

• Your selected protected apps (stored via App Groups for Screen Time extension access)
• Exercise rules you create (type, reps, reward duration)
• Unlock session history (exercise completions, timestamps)
• Daily movement statistics
• Subscription status
• Language preference

This data is never transmitted off your device.

Screen Time & Family Controls

The App uses Apple's FamilyControls framework to shield selected apps. This requires your explicit permission. The App only controls the specific apps you choose — it does not access your browsing history, app usage data, messages, photos, or any other personal content.

In-App Purchases

Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription management is handled by Apple.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
