Terms of Service — Spânzurătoarea

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spânzurătoarea application ("the App"), developed by Cleoda Labs (operated by RwoodCreative Ltd).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Spânzurătoarea is a word-guessing game (hangman) featuring Romanian words. The App is available for iOS devices and includes advertisements and optional in-app purchases.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases to remove advertisements or unlock additional content. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard refund process
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region

4. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements will be shown unless you purchase an ad-free option through in-app purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, design, text, and code, is the property of Cleoda Labs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleoda Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
