Privacy Policy — Ten Frames

Ten Frames ("the App") is developed by Cleoda Labs (operated by RwoodCreative Ltd) and is available for iOS and Android. The App is a children's educational product (approximately ages 4–6). Your child's privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Local Game Data

The following data is stored exclusively on the device, using AsyncStorage, and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party:

• Player name (chosen by the parent or child during setup)
• Theme preference
• Language preference
• Game progress and scores

1.2 No Advertising

The App does not show advertisements of any kind. We do not integrate advertising SDKs (AdMob, Meta Audience Network, etc.), we do not collect or read the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), and we do not engage in user profiling or behavioural tracking.

1.3 No Analytics

The App does not use third-party analytics. We do not collect crash reports, usage data, or any other telemetry that could identify a user or device.

1.4 In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. These are processed entirely through Apple's App Store on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Purchase transactions are handled by the respective platform — we do not collect or store any payment information.

2. Children's Privacy

The App is specifically directed at children (approximately ages 4–6). We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with the additional protections for children under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Art. 8) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
• We do not show advertisements to children.
• We do not use children's data for profiling.
• All data needed for gameplay is stored locally on the device.
• We do not require account creation, login, or any form of registration.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services strictly for the processing of optional in-app purchases:

• Apple App Store (iOS) — for processing in-app purchases on iOS
• Google Play (Android) — for processing in-app purchases on Android

No other third-party services are used.

4. Your Rights

• Manage your purchases:
  • iOS: Apple ID → Subscriptions / Purchase History
  • Android: Google Play app → Account → Purchase history
• Delete the App and all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling it

5. Data Retention

We do not store any personal data on our servers. All game data is stored locally on the device and is deleted when the App is uninstalled.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
