By using Mișcă ("the App"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What the App Does

Mișcă blocks access to apps you select on your iPhone and unlocks them temporarily after you complete a physical exercise. The App uses Apple's Screen Time API and requires your permission to function.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for choosing which apps to block and which exercises to set.
• You must grant Screen Time permissions for the App to function.
• You should not rely on the App for medical, fitness, or health advice. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program.
• You are responsible for performing exercises safely and within your physical capabilities.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly Pro — billed monthly
• Annual Pro — billed annually
• Lifetime Pro — one-time purchase

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a term.

Free tier includes: 1 protected app, push-ups as exercise, 1 rule, basic stats.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, illustrations, and content, is owned by Cleoda Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

The App is not a medical device or fitness program. Exercise at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleoda Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
