What It Does
The countdown does not stop the day you leave. Once the trip starts the number becomes day 3 of 7, which is the window in which people actually open a travel app. Counting down to a date that has already passed is useless.
It also finds the long weekends you did not know you had. Choose the country you live in and the app works out its statutory calendar, then finds the breaks where one or two days of leave buy you four or five off.
